Solo Training (DIY Boxing)
The Club facilities can be used for the purpose of Solo training sessions every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:00am until 4:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday evenings between 4:00-6:00pm (upstairs only) and on Saturdays from 8:00am until 11:30am.
You will need to vacate the premises by 4:30pm during the week and by 11:30am on Saturdays to enable us to prepare the gym for the classes which take place.
There is presently no need to pre-book these sessions as they take place during the day/morning when the gym is less busy.
The cost per session is £5.00 which is payable at the front desk before you commence your training. Although, you are not required to become a member of the club, we do however require that on your first visit to the Club and annually thereafter you complete our Solo registration form.
